Well not quite, but the best play on words I can manage. For the first time since Monday, my achilles tendon felt ok enough to do an easy spin on the bike. I still walk with a limp, although with less of one. I definately have to remind myself to take it easy if I feel something coming on. I plan on taking it easy tonight and tomorrow and see about riding this weekend or maybe an easy jog.
Can't wait to get back into it. I suppose I should swim to have some conditioning, but I am enjoying taking it easy (although I am keeping a close eye on my weight).
